Job Title: Part-Time Creative Director

Position Overview:

As a Creative Director at One27 Media, you play a pivotal role in delivering superior quality images and services. Your passion for customer service, graphic design, and social media marketing will contribute to the growth and success of our company. If you have an eye for detail and a love for media, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

-Photo Enhancement: Skillfully touch up photos, removing unwanted elements such as cords and adding images on TV screens.

-Collaboration: Communicate effectively with photo and video editors to ensure the highest quality products.

-Client Interaction: Maintain open communication with the real estate team to meet and exceed client expectations.

-Process Adherence: Follow specific processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.

-Timely Delivery: Send off photos promptly each morning.

-Professionalism: Uphold professionalism, promptness, and a positive team player attitude.

-Job Completion: Ensure each task in HDPhotohub is complete and delivered.

-YouTube Management: Upload unbranded videos to YouTube and share the link with the realtor.

-Client Support: Assist clients with website navigation, scheduling, and troubleshoot posting issues.

-Social Media Management: Create engaging social media content using photo and video. Schedule and engage with posts.

-Email Marketing: Generate business by creating and sending marketing emails to new realtors.

-Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for aesthetics and maintain strong attention to detail.

-Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with real estate agents and property owners.

-Dress Code: Adhere to business casual attire.

-Background Check: A background check is required.

-Technology: Access to a computer with an internet connection to upload photos.

Preferred Availability:

-Seeking applicants with flexible availability Monday through Friday during business hours, preferably in the mornings.

-Part-time to full-time hours available based on the season, allowing for a flexible schedule.
